Inner Tube Splicer

Inner tube splicer is mainly utilized in splicing of bicycle and motorcycle inner tube of natural rubber or butyl rubber, with high efficiency, stable quality and easy operation.

The movement and pressure of the machine is provided by hydraulic system, the power of the safety and positioning is provided by pneumatic system, the movement locus is controlled by servo motor, control system uses the programming controller, which is a typical product for machine-electricity all in one. The clamping mechanism of this machine is divided into upper and lower parts, the lower is fixed, the upper is positioning at one point, and lead or withdraw by swing, it cannot be made wound response for product, so the products have high butt jointing strength, high work efficiency and quality stability.
