Inner Tube Curing Press

This machine is used for curing all kinds of inner tube less than 28''. Six machines can be arranged for a group, using a set of hydraulic station. 

It consists of rack, active installation desk of lower mold, regulatory agency of upper mold, plunger hydraulic cylinder, up&down assisted fuel tanks, hydraulic station, valve terminals, oil pipeline, electrical control parts, etc. 

1. Q: How many days do you need to produce this machine?

A: The machine should be designed and made according to every client’s detailed requirement, so we have not stock in workshop. When we get the order, need professional design every parts of the machine, then can put into production. We will try our best to shorten the delivery time.

2. How to install the new machine?

A: We will supply a very detailed operation manual. If needed, we'll arrange the technical engineer to service overseas.

3. Warranty period and spare parts supply?

A: We have one year warranty and life-long service. During the warranty period, if any parts broken because of manufacturing defects or other quality problems, we will supply one to one replacement.

4. Do you supply OEM service?

A: Yes, OEM service is available. Our professional designers will make your personal ideas a reality. We will protect your personal information.
