Batch Off Cooling Machine

This machine works with sheet mill and is designed for rubber sheet non-adherent coating, cooling, stacking and storage.

Batch off cooling machine is consisting of Slab take away conveyor, Non-adherent solution coating and cooling & stirring device, Clamping & elevating device, Rubber sheet hanging and cooling conveyor, Automatic sheet picking up device, Sampling unit, Automatic cutting device, Empty pallet storage, automatic wig-wag & weighing and rubber pallet conveying unit, Control system, Platform staircase and safety guard.

1.    Take-up & conveying unit:

This unit receives the extruded rubber sheet of sheet mill through manually sheet delivery.

2.    Non-adherent solution coating and cooling & stirring device:

This device is used for sheet immersing, insulation solution coating and preliminary cooling.

3.    Clamping & elevating device:

The rubber sheet goes upwards through being pressed by elevating belt and clamping belt, it will be conveyed to cooling device and hang on the hanging rods.

4.    Rubber sheet hanging and cooling conveyor:

It is a fully closed and sectional type cooling box, equipped with blowing fans for drainage at front part and slab hanging & conveying system inside.

5.    Automatic sheet picking up device:

Through automatic detecting, the rubber sheet will be lifted to certain height through cylinder driven from hanging rod and send to the conveying belt with joint conversion device.

6.    Sampling unit:

This device takes circle shape rubber sheeting sample automatically by punching type according to the settings, and delivers to the area under the machine through pipe.

7.    Automatic cutting device:

It cuts the rubber sheet automatically according to the signal.

8.    Empty pallet storage, automatic wig-wag & weighing and rubber pallet conveying unit:

The function is transfer the fully covered rubber pallet to waiting transfer position and empty rubber pallet transfer to sheet wig-wag position.

9.    Control system

The whole line has both manual and auto operating mode, manual operation mode is mainly used for commissioning and troubleshooting.
