
Inner Tube Production Line
The Inner tube production line is one kind of automatic production process to produce butyl rubber and natural rubber inner tube. One complete line includes three sections, compound mixing section, tube extruding section, tube splicing and curing section.
Inner tube production line process,
Bale cutter: Cut the rubber bale into pieces.
Kneader: Mixing all ingredients in the chamber to get the rubber compound.
Bucket lifter: Connect the kneader machine and open mill, to save labor.
Open mill: Use for grinding and homogenizing rubber compounds. During processing, the raw material is heated, crushed, and thoroughly mixed when rolling between rolls. The compound is rolled into rubber sheet.
Batch off: Cool the rubber sheet and stack on the pallet.
Cold feed strainer: Use for filtering the impurities from rubber material.
Mixing mill: Rubber mixing and rubber sheet production.
Inner tube extrusion line: This line is used for tube extrusion, cooling, automatic hole punching, characters printing, color line marking, valve fixing, fixed length cutting procedures.
Shutter car: Inner tube storage before curing.
Splicer: It is used to butt rubber tube.
Tube shaping disc: Inner tube is to be inflated before curing.
Tube curing press: It is used to cure the inner tube.
