Two Roll Rubber Mill
Two roll rubber mill is used for plasticating and mixing rubber or plastics. Warming and sheeting rubber compounds, cracking and refining reclaimed rubbers.
The roll material is chrome chilled cast alloy iron with hard and wear resistant on surface. Roll structure adopts drilled type or hollow type to heat or cool, to make the roll surface temperature evenly.
There is hydraulic braking device on the two roll rubber mill. When emergency incident occurred, press the button, then the machine brake, which is safe and reliable.
Nip adjustment is by motor or by hand, easy to operate. Rolling bearings are fixed on roll ends, lower in energy consumption, easy for maintenance and longer in service life.
Transmission system adopts hardened gearbox reducer, compact structure, lower noise and high efficiency.
