Solid Tyre Winding Line

Solid tyre winding line is used for solid tire building with high production efficiency, good building effect and greatly labor savement. 

Solid tyre winding line is with high automation level and mainly has two types: Suspension type and Ground type. For small solid tyre production 8''-12'', we advise to use suspension type, which has high winding accuracy, easy operation and high output. For bigger solid tyre production larger than 12'', we propose to use ground type which can bear large weight. 

The suspension transporting system (monorail system) mainly includes the winding & transporting tires along the winding mills, and put finished green tire on the transit platform, robot loading & unloading system will get the green tire from transit platform and put it into the press for curing. 

The ground type winding line mainly includes automatic trolley winding after mills, separate weighing system, and then convey to the curing press automatically or manually. 

We will provide the designing & manufacturing of the winding system, transporting system, transmittable system, and provide the guidance for installation and commissioning, also including training of operating & maintenance personnel and after sales service. 

This solid tire automatic winding system mainly includes: EMS system, pulling device, GT transfer device, load and transfer trolley, operation console, sub-stations. 

EMS system lead tire automatic winding system can realize winding on open mill, tire conveying and completed green tire placing on transfer platform, providing green tires for robot loading & unloading system. EMS system as the main part of tire automatic winding system is responsible for green tire winding and logistics. It's main unit is rail system and automatic trolley. 

Tire winding device & EMS trolley is composed of travelling unit, winding arm, winding unit, weighing unit and trolley distribution box. The travelling unit is used for horizontal moving, winding arm for production.

2. Q: How many days do you need to produce this machine?

   A: The machine should be designed and made according to every client’s detailed requirement, so we have not stock in workshop. When we get the order, need professional design every parts of the machine, then can put into production. We will try our best to shorten the delivery time.

3. Q: How to install the new machine?

   A: We will supply a very detailed operation manual. If needed, we'll arrange the technical engineer to service overseas.

4. Q: How to do the installation & commissioning under the special situation of Covid-19.

   A: We can provide remote technical support online.

5. Q: How to solve the problems during using the machines?

   A: We have special after-sale team ready to solve the problems for our customers. Customers can describe the problems to us by email or telephone; sometimes we need you to supply the problem pictures and videos for our technical engineers for reference. After finding the problem, we'll discuss and give you the most effective solution in a short time. If needed, we'll arrange the most experienced engineer to go to your factory for solving your problems.

6. Q: Warranty period and spare parts supply?

   A: We have one year warranty and life-long service. During the warranty period, if any parts broken because of manufacturing defects or other quality problems, we will supply one to one replacement.
