This machine is mainly used for stock sheeting and canvas and rubberizing fabric with single sides.

Three roller rubber calendar is mainly consists of bedplate, frame, rollers, motor, coupling, gearbox, adjusting spacing device, the adjusting temperature device of roller, etc.

The machine has following features:

1)The rolls can be arranged in L, Γ and I forms. The top roll has a camber that can eliminate bending impact on the roll in working process.

2)Welding type bedplate and through annealing treatment and then machine processing, high strength and not deformation.

3)For heating up or cool down, the rolls are either circumferentially drilled or centrally bored, so as to make temperature well-proportioned on the roll surface.

4)The machine is made of chilled castiron alloys, whose work surface has high hardness, so it is wear-resistant and durable.

5)Higher transmission efficiency. Hardened tooth-surface reducer, compact structure and higher transmission efficiency, with lower noise and longer service life.

6)The machine is equipped with emergency device. When an emergent accident occurs, the calendar will be immediately stopped to open the roll space so as to protect the operator and equipment.

7)The machine is divided to single drive and triple-drive.
