Inner Tube Extrusion Line
Inner tube extrusion line is used for extruding and building of inner tube of tire.
This line is used for inner tube cooling, blowing off, printing, hole punching, valve fitting, soap stoning, fixed length cutting. The operation is fully automatic with PLC control for labor saving and high production efficiency. The whole line is linked driving with frequency control, so the line speed can be adjusted freely.
Color line device and size marking device are optional according to user's requirements.
