Bicycle tyre building machine is mainly used for building the bicycle cord tyre together with the function of fabrics wrap, fabrics adhesion, steel wire and tyre surface adhesion. It is the key equipment to produce high quality bicycle tyre.

Bicycle tyre building machine mainly consists of major body, drum, fabrics supply bracket, hydraulic control system, automatic and electric control system together with 5 components.

Machine order process?

(1)    Customer provides the machine requirements, we will give quotation basing on it.

(2)    Mutual discussion to confirm the price, lead time, payment term, etc.

(3)    After receiving advance payment from customer, we will start the production.

(4)    During production, we will share some photos to show the producing process.

(5)    One-month earlier machine finish the fabrication, we will inform supplier for machine preliminary acceptance.

(6)    Customer makes balance payment and ship the machine.

(7)    After machine arriving at customer’s factory, perform machine’s installation and commissioning, and pass through the final acceptance.

(8)    Give us feedback about machine’s quality, our service and can give us suggestion is any.

(9)    We will keep providing the technical support and after-sale service.
