Multi Daylight Press

Multi daylight press is side plate type with multi-layers for solid tyre production.

 Comparing with traditional solid tyre curing press, this multi-layer curing press has the advantages of lower investment, smaller occupied area, and higher production capacity.

This press adopts frame type, curing layers can be customized according to our esteemed customer’s specific requirements. We can also give you the best recommendation if customer has no idea.

This machine is fully automatic control, such as auto mold opening & closing, auto bumping.

For each daylight, there are two platens with T shape slots, hence the mold can be mounted.

Platen heating mode is steam heating or oil heating, which is optional.

One hydraulic station can control one press, also one hydraulic station can control several presses.

Mold closing force, platen size, cavity numbers, max. and min. mold parameters, and one hydraulic station control press numbers, these should be considered well before consultation.

Each multi daylight press press can use an independent and automated loading & unloading device, and the device will work coordinately with the press.

The production flow of this device is as following:

1.    After the curing is completed, the curing press will be opened.

2.    The mold will be pulled out from curing press on to the platform of this device.

3.    Top mold will be lifted up by oil cylinder, and the lifting height is controlled by displacement sensor.

4.    The cured tyre will be ejected directly.

5.    After ejection, the manipulator will grip the cured tyre and place it on the fix position.

6.    Operator need do mold cleaning and release agent spraying manually.

7.    At the same time, the manipulator will grip the green tyre from the fixed position and put it onto the bottom mold.

8.    Top mold will drop down and then the mold will be sent into curing position after pre-bumping.

9.    The auto loading & unloading device will go up or go down to the next curing layer for next operation flow.

The manipulator adopts displacement sensor to control the lifting height. All height parameters can be input and controlled through the touch screen.
