1. Rubber or plastics and other ingredients can be mixed or plasticated in a closed, pressurized and temperature controllable conditions, so that the productivity is high, material dispersion is uniform and product quality is high.
2. Mixing chamber, rotors and rams are all use jacket structure, so that steam, oil or water can be injected for heating or cooling purpose, to suitable for different technological requirements of rubber mixing or plastic refining.
3. The design of the spiral angle and working length of the rotor ribs is reasonable, which can make the material obtain the expected mixing effect. The rotor peaks and end faces are made of cold-resistant hard alloy. The surfaces mixing chamber, rotor, and ram directly contacting with the material are all polished after plateing with hard chrome, which is bright, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
4. Adopt material back door feeding, mixing chamber discharging door can be maximum 140°flip, this design facilitates next process production connection, also is convenience for observing and cleaning of mixing chamber and rotors.
5. Tilting mechanism adopts enveloping toroid worm gear drive (TOP) with high transmission efficiency and large loading capacity, so that can realize machine non-stop unloading, avoiding frequent starting of the motor, and greatly extending its service life.
6. The electric control system adopts PLC control, which can achieve reliable automatic monitoring, alarm, interlock protection and other functions.
