This motorcycle bicycle tyre building machine mainly consists of building drum, stitching roller, bead wire mounting device, tread infrared centering device, compacting mechanism, servicer, etc.

Double sliding block type building drum is equipped with the machine, which enables high precision expanding dimension and long service life with few abrasions.

Spring turn up type fingers ensure very few change angle of bias by smooth spring turn up process, in order to build up high quality tire.

    A: We have some fixed suppliers with long cooperation and good quality. Even for the new supplier, we will choose the ones with qualification. Also, there are strict system and process for inspecting outsourcing parts. 

⒉Q: What brand to use of electrical parts?

    A: We use world famous brand, like Siemens, Omron, Schneider, ABB, etc. 

⒊Q:What's the brand of PLC.

    A: We mostly use Siemens brand PLC. 

⒋Q: How to control the machine quality?

    A: We have inspectors for inspecting equipment quality and performance, after completing machine manufacturing and assembly, machine will run continuously for at least 12 hours at one time. Any problems, we will solve it before machine delivery to guarantee customers have no worries. 

⒌Q: What is the warranty time? 

    A: One year after machine commissioning. During this period, any quality issues like design and manufacturering defects, not because of human factors, we will provide one to once replace free of charge. 

⒍Q: How to solve the problem?

    A: We will give response in time after getting customer's problem. Firstly, we will try to solve it through email or phone communication. If the problem cannot be solved, we will try to solve it by remote control. If still cannot solve the problem, we can send engineer to customer's factory to solve it on site.
