Machine features: 

1. This machine adopts the titanium alloy chilled cast iron, hard smooth surface inside the cavity processing, use water cooling to make roller surface temperature uniform. 

2. This machine uses hard tooth gear reducer.

3. This machine is driven by bearing, use grease or thin oil lubrication.

4. Nip adjustment methods: Manual adjustment, motorized adjustment or hydraulic adjustment.

5. This machine is equipped with emergency stop button, safe and reliable comparing with traditional braking method.

1) Features: Simple structure, reliable working, low manufacturing cost, but the axial direction size is big, the gear not easy to maintain, easy to wear after lacking of lubrication oil. 

2) Features: Compact stucture, high transmission efficiency, long service life, easy for installation and maintenance, good outlook. 

3) Features: Compact structure, high transmission efficiency, long service time, easy for installation and maintenance, drive by adjustable-speed motor, adjustable linear speed and speed ratio, large machine width, difficult manufacturing. 

4) Features: Easy operate, high transmission efficiency, small land occupy. One set of machine can satisfy different production receipe. 

5) Features: Compact structure, small land occupy, low weight, short in length, but the disadvantage is not easy to do maintenance. 

6) Features: Axial dimension is short, small land occupy, simple structure. The disadvantages are gear is not easy to maintain, short service life, Conical gear reducer has large noise. 

7) Features: Compact structure, working stable, low noise level, quick braking speed, safety performance is good. But the disadvantages are high cost and maintenance is more difficult.
