2 roll mill mainly consists of base and frame, roller, stock guide, stock pan, safety device, nip adjustment device, gear box and stock blender (optional).

Roller normally has three types, bored roller, drilled roller, and grooved roller. The material is alloy chilled cast iron, and hardness is 68～72HSD. Bearing housing uses cast steel material, processed after annealing treatment, and with lubrication hole. Roller cooling uses high quality rotary joint.

The base is integrated type, machine frame uses the structure of steel welding.

Nylon material stock guide is hydraulic adjustable.

Safety device: Roller rotation does not exceed 1/4 turn after braking. Foot pedal is available at both operation and non-operation side. At operation position is equipped with safety switch. Also, on the operation box and also at front & back side of frame, it has emergency stop buttons.
