Working principle
The working principle of kneader machine is same with the rubber mixing machine. In the sealed mixing chamber, under the pressure of upper ram, the material is plasticized or mixed into the new required material by shearing, squeezing, stirring, rolling and other kneading effects between the two rotors that rotate in a certain speed and between the chamber walls.
Lubrication
The lubrication of this machine is mainly composed by three parts, that is the lubrication of reducer, the lubrication of worm and gear on tilting device, and the lubrication of other moving pairs. Both the reducer and worm gear are lubricated with splash lubrication.
Characteristics
The difference between the pressurized kneading machine and general mixer is mainly that no lower ram of kneader machine. While material unloading, take the front rotor as the axis, mixing chamber tilted 140 degree. The tilting movement is by hydraulic driven.
It is equipped with colling or heating system for mixing chamber, rotors and top ram. The inlet and outlet pipe connection of cooling water should be the opposite of the inlet and outlet connection of steam.
