Lab Open Mill

Lab open mill is mainly used in rubber & plastic product factory for natural rubber mixing or plasticizing, raw rubber and compound mixing, rubber warm-up mixing and pressing sheet. This machine is suitable for rubber-related industries, such as reclaimed rubber factory, transmission belt factory, conveyor belt factory, rubber product factory, shoes factory, cable factory, rubber hose factory, seals factory, scientific research institutions and other laboratory need industries.

Structure: This machine is a two-roll open rubber mixing machine, which is mainly composed of base, frame, rollers, transmission gear, lubricating device, heating and cooling device, roller nip gap adjusting device, safety braking device, electric motor, reducer, etc. The rollers are made of chilled cast iron and the surface is grounded to a smooth surface. The inside of the roller is hollow, so steam, cooling water or electricity can be passed through to adjust the roller temperature according to the application requirements. The two rollers rotate relatively to each other at different speeds, so that the rubber compound is drawn into the gap of the two rollers by the friction. This mill uses bearing transmission system.
