An automatic rubber mixing line is mainly including compound weighing and feeding system, rubber internal mixer, open mill, rubber sheet conveyor, and batch off machine. If you do not want to build the second floor, rubber kneader is an alternative machine instead of internal mixer. Bucket elevator is always followed with the banbury mixer to save labor.

2. Q: Can we specify outsourcing parts brand?

A: Yes, if you have brand requirements, please let us know before the quotation. If no special brand requirements, we will quote the machinery according to our standard configuration.

3. Q: How to control the machine quality?

A: There are inspectors for inspecting equipment quality and performance. After assembly, machine run continuously for at least 12 hours at one time, total running time should be not less than 48 hours.

4. Q: How to ensure the machine no damage during machine delivery.

A: We will choose suitable packing method. Also, customer can specify the packing method for different machines.
