1. This machine consumes low energy, and it has simple structure, good self-cleaning property, long useful life, high automation degree, simple operation, low noise, no environmental pollution, small occupied land area, and convenient maintenance, etc.

2. Both screws have single head, variable pitch, and variable depth structure, conical propulsion. Two screws rotate oppositely, and engage each other as a whole. Both of the screws are installed at an angle and use flat-opening nozzles, so that the materials are extruded more flatly and smoothly, material extruding and conveying capacity is greatly improved.

3. The machine barrel has a large opening and its bottom has a downhill structure. The feeding barrel wall is jacket-type welded structure, and the sheeting extruding rollers are bored rolls, temperature can be adjusted and controlled by cooling with water or heating with hot oil, hot water or steam, to meet the process requirements of different materials.

4. The sheeting device is installed on the rack and slideway of feeding device base, and it can be moved horizontally through a manual or pneumatic mechanism to realize its separation and reunion, facilitating the cleaning or replacement of feeding head.

5. Both of the feeding device and sheeting device use AC frequency conversion technology, to adapt to the process requirements for rubber sheet or resin sheet production lines, realizing stepless speed adjustment.

6. The working surface of various of machine parts contacting with materials are plated with hard chrome, so they are abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant, and have long service life.

7. The electrical control system uses PLC control, so it can realize both single machine control and interlock control with sheet production line. Also, this machine is equipped with ultrasonic level sensor and pressure sensor, which can directly detect and control the screw and roller speed, matching the speed.
