Four-roll Rubber Calender

Four roller rubber calender is mainly used in the production of textile or curtain canvas way of continuous rubberizing and calendering at single or double side.

This machine mainly consists of bedplate, frame, rollers, motor, coupling, gearbox, adjusting spacing device, the adjusting temperature device of roller, etc.

Four-roll rubber calender has following features:

1)Roller arrangement can be arranged in L, Γ and I forms.

2)The base is integrally welded and has good stability after annealing.

3)The bearings at both ends of the roller are rolling bearings, and the produced film has high precision and long service life.

4)The rollers are made of chilled cast iron with wear-resistant hard surfaces.

5)There are many speeds and speed ratios available, which can satisfy most customers formula and technique requirements.

6)The transmission system adopts a hard facing gear reducer, which has a compacted structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.

7)Emergency stop is equipped to ensure the safety of person and equipment.
