Triplex and Duplex Rubber Extruder
Triplex and duplex rubber extruder is used for passenger / light truck radial tire production process in the tread/ Sidewall extrusion.
A tire is mainly composed of tread and sidewall, furthermore each rubber component is composed of several rubber segments. The application of this multi-extruder can make each rubber segment simultaneously, and several rubber segments can be assembled in the composite head, which significantly increase the production efficiency. The finished rubber product is of excellent accuracy without trapped air in-between.
