Rubber calender machine is used for topping and fractioning between rubber and fabrics (cord fabric, canvas and so on), topping of wirecord fabric, rubber sheet sheeting and preforming, fabric stick to isolated rubber sheet and multi-layer rubber sheet lamination and so on.

There are many kinds of rubber calender machine, it can be sorted according to craft application, roll number and roll arranged form and so on.

According to craft application: it can be sorted as calender for topping, calender for fractioning, calender for sheeting and calender for preforming.

According to roll number, it can be sorted as two roll calender, three roll calender, four roll calender, and multi-roll calender.

According to roll arrangement form, it can be sorted as│type, ┌ type, └ type, Z type, S type and other type of calender.

Rubber calender machine is driven by VFD motor or DC motor, large in speed adjustable range, the working linear speed can be adjusted stepless in specialized range, suitable for many conditions.

Roll is made of chilled cast alloy iron, which is hardened and wear-resist on surface, roll is hollow type or drilled type for heating or cooling to make roll surface temperature evenly.

There is crowing of roll surface, which can remove the bending caused when roll working, thereby getting the uniformed thickness along the width direction of products.

We choose hardened gearbox reducer as transmission system, with compact structure, lower noise and high efficiency.

There is safety device fixed on machine, machine can stop when emergency incident occurred, in order to protect the safety of person and equipment.
