Machine application:

Twin screw rubber extrusion sheeting machine is used together with the mixer, the mixer can discharge rubber material in batches and press it into continuous rubber sheet.

Machine structure: 

Twin screw extruder is composed of two conical screw groups, barrel (including fixed retaining plate), bearing, speed ratio gear box and lubrication system, reducer, drive motor, etc.Motor and reducer drive the main screw, speed ratio gear drives the auxiliary screw for synchronous internal engagement rotation.Nitride screw, hard chrome plating on barrel face and water cooling/heating.

1. Type of screw: double cone single head with varying pitch and depth collecting screw (unequal pitch, unequal depth, collecting type, fully meshing, single head conical screw)

Screw structure: milling screw edge, hardened surface, central drilling cooling, rotary joint water, stainless steel internal cooling water pipe.

Screw drive mode: motor reducer drives the main screw, the main screw and the auxiliary screw through the speed ratio gear meshing transmission

Barrel structure: overall casting structure, inner cavity finishing, screw and roller clearance 5mm.Water cooling/heating barrel.The contact surface between the barrel and the rubber material is plated with hard chromium, the thickness of the chromium layer is ~ 0.15mm, and the hardness of the chromium layer is ≥730HV10.

The integrated rubber baffle at the rubber outlet of the barrel can avoid the hidden danger of deformation, displacement and damage of the rubber baffle.The retaining board adopts the outer flared form, which is beneficial to improve the quality of the film edge and reduce energy consumption.

2. Two-roller tablet pressing device: it is composed of upper and lower rollers, bearings and bearing seats, hydraulic opening and closing, locking and roller distance adjustment device, etc.

Roller distance adjustment device: The lower roller is fixed, the upper roller is opened or closed by hydraulic rotation of the bearing seat hinge, and the left and right hydraulic cylinders are linked. Tablet press roller working pitch clearance: Min.4.0mm. The maximum lifting height of the roller: ~115mm, which can realize the work of machine head degumming and inspection. The operation position of the tablet press is equipped with mushroom head emergency stop switch, manual reset, to ensure safe operation. 

3. Electric control system:It is composed of frequency conversion cabinet, operation box, internal connection and internal cable, with functions of start, stop, speed control, adjustment of process parameters, logic control and protection, safety alarm protection, communication with mixer, auxiliary machine, film cooling device, linkage speed control and so on. 

4. Equipped with perfect fault alarm and safety stop device

Protection: over current (transient)/over current (inversely proportional to time).

Velocity feedback fault.

Motor overheat - temperature detection and alarm.

Zero speed detection, stop logic blocking protection, emergency stop protection, reducer lubrication system overtemperature, overpressure, flow and alarm control extruder, plate press mechanical machine fan control and protection.

5. Interface and communication functions

Realize the contact with the mixer, receive the discharging signal of the mixer and transfer the signal of allow/reject feeding.

To realize the contact with the upper auxiliary machine, the equipment state parameters are transmitted to the upper auxiliary machine control system.

Realize linkage with film cooling device, including speed synchronization, start, stop.
