Cold Feed Extruder
Cold feed extruder is used for extruding different shapes of rubber profiles with different extrusion head.
Comparing with traditional hot feed rubber extruder, cold rubber can be fed directly without warming, hence improve the production efficiency and reduce customer’s production investment.
Cold feed extruder is a good choice to replace mixing mill machine in a production line with the advantage of easier operation. From rubber mixing, simplex extrusion of profiles, the feeding of mills to tyre building and curing, we can help to select the best combination and provide the full line to meet production of different tyre sizes.
Screw is made by superior quality nitrogen steel with quenching and nitrogen treatment. Isometric deep structure is in the feeding zone and helical structure is in the extrusion zone. In the plasticizing stage, it has main helical structure and assistant helical construction. This kind of spiral structure has the advantages of high strength, high feeding capacity, good plasticizing effect, low temperature of extruding rubber, good shearing & mixing effect and stable extruding pressure. The helical is equipped with heating and cooling system.
Barrel is made by superior quality carbon steel, and jacket is fabricated for heating or cooling purpose. Inner bushing uses 38CrMo high quality nitriding steel with quenching and nitrogen treatment, surface hardness can achieve HRC66-70. Bushing is installed in the feeding barrel and changeable.
Feeding device consists of feeding roller, bearing seat, gear pair, bearing, scraper, etc. Our designed structure can prevent material dropping into the support bearing of feeding roller, also we can guarantee the normal operation of feeding device without material leakage. Gear pair has independent lubrication system to ensure normal and fluent running. Feeding roll gears have the advantages of high strength and high abrasion performance.
Temperature control system uses automatic direct cooling, separately control the temperature of extrusion head, barrel and spiral. The extruding machine is equipped with 4 units of temperature controller, and it is electric heating and water cooling. Circulation device is equipped with temperature monitor and auto adjusting system, optimizing the extruding performance. The temperature accuracy is ±2ºC and temperature can be auto set.
Extrusion head is composed of top head, bottom head, die plate, damper plate, end cover, etc. Main extrusion head body uses #45 forging, axial processing channel is used for heating or cooling head body. Special flow channel design can guarantee uniform internal pressure, same speed and easy adjustable.

A: We have one year warranty and life-long service. During the warranty period, if any parts broken because of manufacturing defects or other quality problems, we will supply one to one replacement.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: By T/T, 30% advance payment, 70% to be paid before machine delivery. Other payment term is also accepted, please negotiate with us.
