Tyre curing press (rubber & tire machinery).
Curing press mainly has following types:
Tyre curing press for PCR and LTR (Mechanical titled type)
This curing press is of mechanical type with the beam moving vertically and tilting over for tyre loading and unloading. The center mechanism is of BOM type and the curing mould is heated by platen. This curing press is equipped with dual-column vertical chuck loader, trolley type dual-cylinder unloading device and pro-bar style mould stripping unit. As per customer’s request, electric mould-adjusting device, SMO driving device, PCI and green tyre holder is available.
This curing press uses PLC for real-time control. It can realize parameters setting during curing cycle and real-time data collection/preservation, alarming, whereby historical parameters intuitive query can also be realized through this system. With Ethernet interface, curing press group management is available.
This curing press is applicable for curing PCR, LTR, and bias tyres with Nitrogen or Steam used as curing medium.

Tyre curing press for LTR and TBR (Mechanical titled type)
This curing press is of mechanical type with the beam moving vertically and tilting over for tyre loading and unloading. This curing press is equipped with dual-column vertical chuck loader, trolley type dual-cylinder unloading device and pro-bar style mould stripping unit. Tyre curing press for OTR (Mechanical horizontal type)
This curing press is of mechanical dual-mould type with the beam moving vertically and horizontal for tyre loading and unloading. The center mechanism is of BOM type and the curing mould is heated by steam dome. This curing press is equipped with dual-column vertical chuck loader for both tyres loading and unloading, under mounded type stripping unit and tilting type unloading device. As per customer’s request, electric mould-adjusting device, SMO driving device, and green tyre holder are available.
This curing press uses PLC for real-time control. It can realize parameters setting during curing cycle and real-time data collection/preservation, alarming, whereby historical parameters intuitive query can also be realized through this system. With Ethernet interface, curing press group management is available.
This curing press is applicable for curing agricultural radial and bias tyres with Nitrogen or Steam used as curing medium.
