Solid Tyre Moulding Press

This machine is used for curing different types of solid tyres, including forklift solid tyre, GSE solid tyre, dump truck tyre, tractor solid tyres, heavy duty transport vehicles solid tyre, and other industrial vehicles solid tyres.

We design and supply different types of solid tyre moulding press, including different tonnage of press, different cavities of press (press with single cavity to 5 cavities) and different structure of press (four pillars type and side plate type).

Solid moulding press is an advanced machine that can be programmed freely using PLC. Moderate hot platen size has high unit pressure, quick lifting speed and low noise. It also has the advantages of safe operation, reliable performance, compact structure, good appearance, etc.

Our supplied solid tyre molding press has jog mode which can be used for machine debugging and installation. During curing process, the press can be auto pressure compensation to guarantee tire excellent shape. The thickness of lifting plate is double times of common press, hence the deformation is little while pressing, to ensure the tire uniform stress.

A: We will supply a very detailed operation manual. If needed, we'll arrange the technical engineer to service overseas.

3. How to do the installation & commissioning under the special situation of Covid-19.

A: We can provide remote technical support online.

4. How to solve the problems during using the machines?

A: We have special after-sale team ready to solve the problems for our customers. Customers can describe the problems to us by email or telephone; sometimes we need you to supply the problem pictures and videos for our technical engineers for reference. After finding the problem, we'll discuss and give you the most effective solution in a short time. If needed, we'll arrange the most experienced engineer to go to your factory for solving your problems.

5. Warranty period and spare parts supply?

A: We have one year warranty and life-long service. During the warranty period, if any parts broken because of manufacturing defects or other quality problems, we will supply one to one replacement.

6. What's your payment term?

A: By T/T, 30% advance payment, 70% to be paid before machine delivery. Other payment term is also accepted after negotiation. 

7. Do you have any certificate of your products?

A: Yes, we have CE, SGS etc.
