This machine is used to cure solid tire of different sizes.

Solid tire curing press is mainly composed by main frame structure, hydraulic station, hydraulic cylinder, piston rod, electric system, etc. Customized solid tire curing presses of 150T, 350T, 400T, 600T, 800T, 1000T, 1250, 1500T, etc. are able to be provided.

The machine can adopt PLC automatic controlling system to control the technical process, with reliable and accurate movement and diversified process setting. Control pressure and control position can be set respectively.

Hydraulic part adopts oil supply by low pressure & large flow pump and high pressure & small flow pump, which has advantages such as low noise level, reliable performance and effective energy saving. Pressure is controlled by reliable pressure sensor.

Proportional pressure and flow control are used, and the pressure and speed of each cylinder can be freely set by HMI.
