Product Introduction

The hydraulic curing press uses energy-saving heating platen, BOM type energy-saving chuck center mechanism, and adopts removable frame type hydraulic tire shaping. The machine mainly consists of: Main machine, top carrier, middle carrier, bottom carrier, energy-saving heating platen, energy-saving chuck center mechanism, main oil cylinder, thermal system, hydraulic system and electric control system.

Product features of Motorcycle bicycle tyre curing press,

1.Main machine: The structure of press is combination type consisting of 4 layers & 8 nos of molds or 3 layers & 6 molds and left & right wallboards, down stroke type hydraulic cylinder for up& down and pressurizing. The mold opening & closing adopts linear guide rail guiding, and the double pull rod drives hot plate going up & down vertically.

2.Thermal system: Every 4 molds or 3 molds use one set thermal system, which can be operated independently.

3.Hydraulic system: every 4 molds or 3 molds (single cylinder) use one integrated control valve block. Adopts differential circuit to achieve the fast and slow moving of the oil circuit. One hydraulic station can service for several sets of curing presses.

4.Electric control system: one operation touch panel for each press, mounted in the middle of the machine.
