Bicycle Tyre Curing Press

Bicycle tyre curing press is used for curing/vulcanizing bicycle tyre.

The machine consists of main frame, mould opening/closing device, hydraulic system, electric control system, etc.

It uses PLC for real-time control, and industrial PC for human machine operation interface. All parameters can be reset during curing cycle, and real-time data collection, preservation, alarming, can be realized through this system.

One oil hydraulic station can be fitted on to drive and control one or up to five curing presses.
