Bias tire and semi-steel radial tyre bead bead winding linkage production line, also called square section automatic steel wire winding machine, is a tyre-specific equipment for producing square-section bead and semi-steel radial tyre bead. It can complete the functions of micro-tension traction and export of steel wire, electric heating of steel wire, steel wire belt rubberize, storage and winding of rubberized steel wire belt, automatic winding of steel wire loop and other functions. There are two types of single-station and double-station. The double-station production line is equivalent to two single-station production lines sharing one extruder, and other parts are independent of each other. There is only one winding device of the single station, which can only make one size of bead at one time; there are two winding devices of the double station, which can make two kinds of bead of different sizes at the same time. Due to the design of automatic material receiving, the automation degree of the equipment is improved, the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, unmanned management is realized within a certain period of time, the number of operators is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
Machine basic structure
1) Let-off frame
The let-off frame is mainly composed of let-off plate, guide frame, air pressure spring brake mechanism, tension control device, grinding and welding device, etc. The function is for steel wire let-off and transmission. The tension is controlled by air spring, and the tension force can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve.
The let-off device is multi-station (the station number can be determined according to the user's needs), and symmetrically arranged, each station has independent transmission and one transmission device, and each station is equipped with a wire alarm device.
2) Steel wire preheating device
The steel wire preheating device is mainly used to heat the steel wire to achieve a good rubber coating effect. The heating wheel is heated by the brush to heat the transfering wire. The turntable is set by the handwheel, and automatically controls the heating temperature by speed feedback.
3) Cold-feed extruder
The steel wire rubber-coated extruder adopts a cold-feed extruder, which is fed by a side pressure roller. It is equipped with a low-material alarm device and an automatic recovery device for excess rubber. A temperature and pressure sensor is set at the machine head to achieve closed-loop pressure control, ensuring that the steel wire has a stable coating effect.
The temperature control system of the extruder adopts four-channel temperature control device, which controls the temperature of the die head, barrel (two channels) and screw respectively, which can stably ensure the quality of the rubber compound.
The temperature control device adopts internal and external circulation type, electric heating method, and the cooling water automatically cools down. The solenoid valve of the cooling circuit is controlled by a non-contact switch.
4) Traction device (two groups)
The traction device is mainly composed of motor reducer, active cooling traction roller, passive cooling traction roller, and cooling water circulation system. There is a certain angle between the axes of the two traction rollers, so that the steel wire can be wound separately on the two rollers to prevent them from being tangled together. The traction motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and braking, and the traction speed is controlled by PLC to ensure the continuous operation of the production line. The cooling system is equipped with two traction wheels, which can ensure the cooling of the rubber and prevent the compound from falling off.
5) Storage device (two groups)
The storage device is mainly composed of frame, fixed wheel, floating wheel, chain transmission device, braking device, detection device, manual lifting device, and guiding light bar. The detection device can detect the position of the floating wheel set in the storage rack. According to the position of the floating wheel set in the storage rack, the PLC controls the traction speed and winding speed to ensure the normal operation of the entire system. The tension of the wire is adjusted by the weight of the weighing block.
6) Winding device (two groups)
The winding device is mainly composed of traction feeding mechanism, clamping mechanism, pre-bending device, size adjusting device, winding driving device, pressing wheel mechanism, wire cutting device, ring unloading device, chassis, winding disc without chuck, etc.
The traction feeding device is composed of traction wheel mechanism, servo motor, guide groove, etc. The traction wheel mechanism includes traction wheel and backstop mechanism, and the structure is simple and effective. While winding, the traction wheel is driven by the servo motor to rotate and drive the steel belt, so that it runs forward through the guide groove to ensure that the material head reaches the accurate position.
The clamping mechanism consists of fixed block, movable block and two plastic clamping blocks. The fixed block is fixed on the frame, and the movable block is connected to the movable end of the elbow clamp with self-locking function. The clamping mechanism is manually operated, the elbow clamp is closed, the movable block and the fixed block just fits together, and the steel wire belt is firmly clamped. This mechanism is only used when changing sizes, shutting down for maintenance, and stopping production.
The pre-bending device pre-bends the steel strip before winding, so that the radius of curvature is smaller than the radius of the bead to be produced, so that micro-tension winding can be achieved, making the winding easier to complete, and the internal stress of the wound bead small, less defects, and no need to wrap the head, save a lot of work.
The size adjustment device is designed to adapt to the production of different specifications, and the height of the feeding head is adjusted by the hand wheel through the worm gear reducer.
The winding driving device is driven by servo motor, and the rotation of the main shaft is controlled by belt and gearbox, which can accurately control the length of the bead.
The pressure roller mechanism is automatically controlled by cylinder and solenoid valve. The pressing wheel is a nylon wheel with a rectangular groove, with ball bearings inside, which can rotate freely and is installed above the winding disc. While winding, the pressure roller presses down and sticks to the winding disc, so that the steel belt will not be skewed when it is wound, and the layers will be fit together. While changing the sizes, also replace the pressure roller.
The wire cutting device is automatically controlled by cylinder and solenoid valve, and the driving force is amplified by a lever mechanism between the cylinder and the cutter; the cutter can move up and down, and other degrees of freedom are restricted; the cutter is made of tool steel and heat treatment.
The bead unloading device is automatically controlled by cylinder and solenoid valve. The wire ring is pressed down by the pressure roller → feeding head → winding into a circle → fixed length cutting → pressure head winding → after the winding disc stops rotating and shrinks, it is pushed out from the unloading disc to the wire ring The receiving mechanism, to complete the winding of the bead once.
7) Automatic receiving device (two groups)
The automatic receiving device is arranged on one side of the winding disc and is used to receive the bead. The whole mechanism can be divided into 5 parts: ①Rotary transposition mechanism; ②Advance and retreat mechanism at the receiving position; ③Lower baffle mechanism; ④Upper baffle mechanism. The four-station automatic receiving mechanism is evenly distributed on the circumference, and the rotation and transposition are completed by the gear mechanism driven by the motor reducer. The motor drives the rotation. The lower baffle is driven by a cylinder, and there is a manual height adjustment mechanism for use when changing bead sizes. The upper baffle is driven by a small stroke cylinder, and the height of the baffle is enlarged by the lever mechanism of the swing rod. The stepping and receiving mechanism is mainly composed of a sprocket chain transmission mechanism and a stepping driving mechanism on the left and right. There is a chain support above the chain, and the stepping driving mechanism is a ratchet mechanism. The cylinder drives the main sprocket to rotate at a certain angle through the ratchet mechanism, and the driving sprocket then drags the chain to run the corresponding length.
