Rubber Refiner Mill
Refiner mill is the most important machine required for reclaimed rubber projects. StarProfit can offer the refiner mill with the high efficiency and high quality.
Refiner mill is mainly composed of two rolls, base, frame, transmission device, bearing, lubrication device, gear vox, roller temperature control device, emergency stop device, electrical control system, etc.
The diameter of rear roll is larger than front roll, and the linear speed of rear roll is obviously faster than the front roll, are the significant characteristics of refiner mixing mill. Two rolls with different diameter and running at different speeds on refiner mill, to produce a high friction ratio.
Mill rolls adopt the material of alloy chilled hard cast iron, surface hardness ≥HS70, depth of hard layer 8-20mm. Roller surface temperature is controlled by rotary joint.
Emergency stop: Two front and two back of the mill, also one emergency stop button on the operation box.
Base and frame are steel plate welded structure.
Gearbox: Planetary hard tooth surface reducer.
Lubrication: Manual / Motorized Grease pump for lubrication of Anti Friction Roller Bearings fitted in dust sealed housing.
All electrical and electronic components and wiring meet the National Electrical Code and National Fire Protection Association requirements.
