Two-roll Rubber Calender
This machine is used to process rubber sheet in tire factory or other rubber product factories, which is divided into single drive and double drive.
Product features,
1) Tailored structure, easy to operate and install.
2) Frame and base are welded and treated by annealing for stress relieving.
3) The rolls are arranged in I, and L forms. The upper rolls have roll cambers that can eliminate bending impact on rolls during working process.
4) Roller gap can be adjusted both by manual or electric mode
5) The roller is made of chilled alloy cast alloys, whose work surface has high hardness, so it is wear-resistant and durable.
6) Roller space can be adjusted manually or by electric motor.
7) Perfect emergency stop device can guarantee the safety of person and machine.
