Batch Off

This machine is used for rubber sheet cooling, which is an indispensable machine for solid tyre making.

Rubber batch off mainly consists of words printing device, water cooler, rubber sheet clamping & lifting device, grippers, air cooler, cutters and wig-wag device.

Rubber batch off is a machine that normally installed after mixing mill. The purpose to use batch-off system is to cool the rubber sheet or rubber strips conveyed from the mixing mill. The rubber sheet or strips will be dipped into a tank filled with anti-adhesive agent, then dry and cool it after going through the cooling tunnel with many cooling fans on both sides of the machine. After crossing the cooling tunnel, the rubber sheet or strips can be cut into plates and stacked. Or a wig-wag device can be selected to stack the rubber sheet neatly, which is controlled by PLC system.

Batch off is one important machine in the mixing line. In this kind of line, rubber sheet or strips can be continuously conveying to maximum save manpower. Usually, a folded up conveyor belt will be used to transfer rubber sheet or strips from mixing mill to batch off system.
