This tire bead winding and extrusion line is designed with sophisticated winder making high-precision beads. Produced bead perimeter tolerance ≤±1mm.
The pre-bending device is equipped with orientation wheel and angle wheel, which enables the wire get spatial pre-bending.
The full line is controlled by PLC, and it can achieve full automatic operation greatly reducing labor intensity. Single operator can control the whole line.
Memory allows multiple bead recipes to be stored.
High quality beads can be produced for your free worries.
