(1) The design of the added liquid spraying device is reasonable, the sprayed liquid is rapidly dispersed by the high-speed rotation of the flying knife group, and the liquid can be evenly distributed in the material;
(2) The advanced processing technology ensures the beautiful appearance of the equipment, and the gap between the coulter and the cylinder is smaller than that of the conventional coulter mixer;
(3) All transmission seals adopt pneumatic seals, with good sealing performance, no need to replace wearing parts;
(4) The observation port (cleaning port) adopts interlocking device and positioning device to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and good sealing performance;
(5) The equipment adds a jacket heating or cooling device, which has the functions of reaction, drying and cooling. The discharge adopts pneumatic discharge, which is simple to operate.
