Waste tire pyrolysis
High temperature pyrolysis of waste tire is the most thorough treatment of waste tire. This process can recover fuel oil, gas, steel and carbon black. The recovered fuel oil can be burned for heating or used as diesel oil; the recoved carbon black can be used in rubber production again; the wires can be blocked and sold. Therefore, this method has high economic benefits.
Different countries has different requirements for the pyrolysis products. Some clients require highest oil output, while some clients require highest carbon output. People can reach their aims by adjusting production process.
Rubber powder production
This is a new material science, waste tires are made into rubber powders of different sizes. These rubber powders have wide applications, and can be used in reclaim rubber, rubber wheels, rubber flooring, modified asphalt, rubber tile and rubber products, etc.
Reclaim rubber production
The reclaim rubber can partically replace green rubber in rubber products production. Therefore, the green rubber and carbon black consumption will reduce. It also leads to improvements of some processing properties of rubber products.
Direct use of waste tires
Waste tires can be used directly as amusements facilities, road sign, guard walls, etc. However, the amount of waste tires only cover a small share.
