Shot blasting machine is also called sand blasting machine, using for casting, forging, and suitable size workpiece cleaning equipment, to ensure that no sticky sand, rust, oxide, welding slag, so that the workpiece surface and visual parts appear metallic luster, surface roughness to GB6060.5 requirements, in line with national GB8923-88 AB Sa2 1/2.
The shot blasting machine has the following advantages:
1.1 Shot blasting chamber and blast wheel layout are both determined after three-dimensional dynamic ejection simulation.
1.2 Two pneumatically powered sliding doors at two sides can automatically switch. When catenary step working, it can only close the abrasive supply, but not close the blast wheel to avoid blast wheel motor start frequently, improving work efficiency.

1.7 The separation device using advanced full curtain slag separator, the separation efficiency of up to 99.9%
1.8 Use single-station work, static loading and unloading materials, fixed-point shot blasting, workpiece rotation and so on.
1.9 Use pulse filter cartridge with blow back, dust removal effect is good, the emission concentration less than 80mg/m3.
1.10 The hoist and screw conveyor both ends of the bearing protection are used labyrinth seal and U-shaped structure, the separator screw and screw conveyor discharge port layout distance from the end of a distance, while the end of the spiral reverse delivery of vane.
1.11 The whole machine using PLC programmable controller control can achieve manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic control.
1.12 The use of no pit structure design to save infrastructure costs.
This shot blasting machine shown on below image ready to deliver is used for steel bands blasting, which is a very necessary machine in tire factories.
Now the machine is already loaded onto the container and ready to dispatch. Machine small parts, electrical cabinet and spare parts, we use wooden box to avoid customer difficult to find or miss it while loading and after loading into the factory. Other big machine parts, we fixed them into the container, customer can also select to use wooden box for all machine parts.
