The European Union regards the implementation of European directives and technical standards as a condition for product entry into the European market. CEN has completed more than 600 to 700 safety standards. Among the C standards, there are 16 standards related to rubber machinery, and these standards are all formulated by 14 working groups in TC145. Most of China's rubber and plastic machinery and plastic machinery safety standards adopt European EN standards. The European Committee for Standardization CEN is the main provider of European standards (EN) and technical specifications. The European Union has established dozens of safety-related standardization technical committees since 1985. Among them, CEN/TC145 is specifically responsible for formulating "Rubber Machinery Safety Standards" technical committee.
In addition to the 16 standards that the member states of the European Technical Committee for Standardization must comply with, some developed countries have also adopted these standards to varying degrees. These standards generally include the definitions, hazard listings, safety requirements and measures, verification of safety requirements and measures, and safe use information in each product safety requirement. On December 2, 2010, Mr. Claudio Celate, Chairman of CEN/TC145, and his party exchanged views with the National Standardization Management Committee and the National Rubber Machinery Standardization Technical Committee on the standardization of rubber machinery between China and Europe. During the exchange, through the introduction of Chairman Celate, we learned a few pieces of information: The tire shaping and vulcanizing press working group, which coincides with the national safety requirements for tire shaping and vulcanizing machines formulated by our SAC/TC71, which shows that both parties are promoting The safety performance goals of rubber machinery products are the same.
