Fume collection system is one important environmental protection equipment normally being applied in rubber mixing plant. It is well known that rubber mixing line mainly includes rubber mixer, open mill, and rubber batch off. While production, this line will generate waste gas that impact the operators’ healthy for long time operation. The fume collection system is used for absorbing the generated waste gas and exhaust to outdoors.
Considering the high noise of blower generation, we equip with silencer room for it, to keep the noise lower than national standard 80db. As we all know, if human stays in the environment with high noise, it will influence our ear. We are highly pay attention to environmental protection also ergonomics, to guarantee our customer can use our machine without worries.
The fume collection system is under packing.
We use film wrapping and wooden box package to assure no damage during machine transportation and shipping.
