Application:
Tire curing machine, also called tire curing press or tire shaping vulcanizing machine, is mainly used for the vulcanization of pneumatic tires, such as car tires, aircraft tires, engineering tires and tractor tires. There are also small-sized vulcanizing machines to vulcanize motorcycle tires, bicycle tires, and other 2-wheel or 3-wheel tires.
Current situation of tire curing machine:
Tire shaping vulcanizing machine is developed on the basis of ordinary individual vulcanizing machine. In the 1920s, ordinary individual vulcanizing machine appeared, and in the 1940s, shaping press appeared. It simplifies the operation process, and can complete tire loading, shaping, vulcanization, tire unloading and PCI cooling on the same machine, which is convenient for mechanization and automation of the process. Modern shaping curing machine can generally measure, record and control the internal temperature, internal pressure and steam chamber temperature. In addition, there are shaping control system, cleaning models, and isolating agents spraying device. The entire production cycle can be carried out automatically. If combined with automatic transportation and computer control, tire vulcanization can be automated for production. Therefore, the mechanization automation degree and production efficiency of the shaping vulcanizing machine are high, the labor intensity is low, the product quality is good, and it has been widely used in modern tire factories.
Classification of tire shaping vulcanization machine:
A Type (or AFV type) tire shaping vulcanizing machine: When the bladder is detached from the tire, the bladder is turned down into the bladder barrel below the lower mold under the action of ejector. The mold opening method is lifting translation type.
B type (or BOM type) tire shaping vulcanizing machine: When the bladder is detached from the tire, the bladder is straightened upward after the vacuum contraction under the control of the central mechanism. The opening mode includes lifting type, lifting translation type and lifting flip type.
AB type (AUB0 type) tire shaping vulcanizing machine: When the bladder is detached from the tire, the upper part is flipped and the entire bladder is hidden under the action of the bladder control mechanism and the bladder barrel. The mold opening methods include lifting type and lifting flip type.
According to the transmission method, it can be divided into connecting rod type vulcanizer and hydraulic type shaping vulcanizer.
According to the heating method, it can be divided into steam type, jacket type vulcanizing machine and hot plate type vulcanizing machine.
According to the application type, it can be divided into ordinary tire shaping vulcanizing machine and radial tire shaping vulcanizing machine.
The type of vulcanizing machine with high degree of automation can be used for producing both ordinary tires and radial tires. At present, it is generally classified according to the bladders form.
